Just few weeks ago, my sister had made the owl soya bean curd pudding for us to try during our Sunday gathering at our parents place. I thought it will be very difficult and time consuming to make soya bean curd. My sister told me that it is very easy and fuss free too. I am really doubtful of the taste of the soya bean curd that she had made. However, looking at the soya bean curd change mine opinion and it really look and taste like what is sold outside. The owl soya bean curd is soft and silky. It does have the taste of soya bean too. Within few minutes, we all had finished our soya bean curd and asking my sister for more serving.

Just for sharing the information, frog and I were super marketing at Sheng Siong this morning when we saw the owl soya bean curd pudding promotion. Sheng Siong is selling at $5.50 for 2 packets of owl soya bean curd pudding.  Each packet is inclusive of 5 free microwavable containers and the soya bean curd pudding powder. For $5.50, you can make 10 bowls of soya bean curd. Without any hesitation, frog and I bought 2 packets to try and make our own soya bean curd pudding! The promotion is valid from 6 Sep to 20 Sep 2013.

Preparation Method in 3 simple steps:

1. Dissolve a packet of Owl Soya Bean Curd Pudding Powder into a pot of 1000mL water. Stir well until boil.

2. Pour mixture into containers provided and set in room temperature until cool.

3. Chill in refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours until firm. Serve chill. Makes 5 servings.

Tucking in to my soya bean curd pudding! If you are thinking what to bring for potluck, I guess the owl homemade owl soya bean curd pudding will be a good choice!
