I had bought this healthier version of noodles from giant super market. It stated no frying and no msg added. That attracts me to buy this particular brand of noodles to try it out. Finally this week i will have the time to try cooking the homecook fried noodles.
NOODLES WITHOUT MSG n Not DEEP FRIED
Ingredients that i had used:
- 2 fishcakes
- Cai Xin
- Chicken fillet
- Garlic & Onions
- 4 eggs
- 6 of the round noodles
* The amount to add depends on your preference!
CHOPPED GARLICS n ONIONS
Put the noodles in the boiling water and soak for 1 minutes and next drain out the noodles into a bowl.
- In the wok, add in the oil and stir fried the garlic and onions.
- Add in the cai xin, mushroom and chiken fillet. I had used oyster sauce, salt and a bit of sugar for seasoning.
- Add in the noodles
- Add in soya sauce and water for seasoning
*The amount of seasoning to add depends on the preference.
Here is the final product:
I had fried the egg as the garnish to the noodles. The noodles taste great and it is so easy to prepare. Go try it!
