Rolling the butter cookie dough and using the ginger bread man cookie cutter to mould the cookie shape. About 0.5cm in thickness. It is so fun if you really enjoy baking. Getting the dough ready is very easy but the mouding of the cookie in various shape is tedious and time consuming. It needs a lot of effort to roll the dough and get them into shapes.
